Kinstretch is defined as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Kinstretch is part of a larger system called the ‘Functional Range Systems’ created by Dr. Andreo Spina.


This is a scientifically proven mobility training system that strengthens joints, connective tissue, and end-range muscles. Consistently taking classes will result in improved joint health, injury prevention, athletic performance, longevity, and overall movement capacity.

Kinstretch will highlight specific areas of weakness and limitations within your body. Once you identify these limitations, you are able to hone in on the areas that are contributing to pain, injury, dysfunction, or decreased performance.

 Only prioritizing conventional strength training exercises is not going to be enough. If you’ve been struggling to overcome old injuries, you’re dealing with movement limitations, or you’re hitting plateaus in your other forms of training, it’s very likely because of these weaknesses and limitations in your body.

 For all students who are new to KINSTRETCH and mobility training, I have an introductory section with 4 videos that will teach you everything you need to know before jumping into the classes. 


You’ll go to the ‘Browse’ Section of the website and click on ‘Beginners Start Here’. Then you’ll watch all 4 introductory videos (labeled in order) This will guide you to ultimate success within the program. 


There are classes for every joint in the body from your neck all the way down to your toes. You can utilize the browse section to search classes by joint focus or by length (10-60min) to always find a class that fits your schedule and needs. These classes are in-depth follow-along videos.


There are several preset programs to choose from based on difficulty level (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and joint focus.

  For my beginners - I have already written out my top recommended programs for you. You have the option for a 3-month progression to help you gradually build up month to month.


Members also get exclusive access to the Forum where you can have all your questions answered. If you need additional support, I always respond to my students who reach out directly through IG messaging. 


As far as equipment goes, you don’t need much. I recommend getting 2 yoga blocks, 2 sticks/poles, set of bands, and a mat for floor work, ankle weights are optional
