I believe everyone can benefit from a mobility practice. Here we will increase flexibility and mobility, build strength, and eliminate your joint pain.

MBM Mobility Membership Overview

 

No session is ever repeated, it's a fresh mobility practice each session. Everyone in the membership will perform the same session on a given day. There is a private group message board to discuss the program and support each other within the app. Additionally you have direct access to me.

Weekly Program Layout:

30 Minutes Per Day / x4 Per Week

Day 1: Hip Focused

Day 2: Spine Focused

Day 3: Shoulder Focused

Day 4: Extremities (Ankle, Wrist, Knee and Elbow)

Every session we will track sleep, stress, mood, and energy level to provide insights and a Readiness Score
