Service Description
This is for the individual that is fully committed to their goals and have decided to invest time, and energy to their physical and mental wellbeing. Includes: - Weekly 30 minute video chat check-ins OR 1 hour in personal training session (locally Salt Lake City) This is where we will cover goals, challenges, sleeping habits, mental state & more - Customized fitness plans (duration, intensity, occurrence, fitness level) - Gratitude journals, breathing techniques, and tracked progress - 24/7 support - You will have your first set of programming within 48 hours of initial call. This time allows me to design a perfect approach for your circumstances.
